Save A Lot Reviews

Just a thought. I can truthfully say I pop into Save-A-Lot when I’m after a couple of things, and that’s pretty much it. Most times, I’m the sole shopper in the place. Not quite sure how they keep going. In the Central Florida goldenrod region. Another one nearby has already shut down, and I really can’t figure out how they manage their expenses. Best of luck!

I frequent the Save-A-Lot on Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida. The staff are always friendly, the store is tidy, and you can genuinely save a bunch compared to other places. It's consistently a nice time shopping there.

I used to shop there regularly, but in the past couple of weeks, their prices have skyrocketed to absurd levels. I checked out Walmart and Meijer, and their meat prices were lower. When it comes to snacks, Walmart takes the cake again. This place was meant to help you save some cash, but unfortunately, that's not the case anymore. It's frustrating! 😡

I really enjoy shopping at Save A Lot on Lehigh and Trenton Ave. The team there, especially Chantel and Stephanie, are super helpful. It's always a nice experience to shop there! I'm consistently happy every time I visit! The store number is #60134.

Yesterday, my husband visited Sav a Lot on White Creek in Cedar Springs, MI. We spend quite a bit there. They informed him he was "banned" from the store. Here’s the scoop:

Dave (my husband) waited for a bit while the lady in front of him checked out so he could grab some milk, bread, and hamburger. When it was finally his turn, the register went haywire (or something like that). He asked if they could switch to another register since there were plenty available, and he needed to get to work (2nd shift).

The assistant manager, Days, totally lost it and yelled, "I can't just go POOF and make everything work!" He threw his arms up and, believe it or not, spat in my husband’s face when he said "poof." My husband walked out empty-handed.

I get that folks and businesses are acting a bit off due to Covid-19. Everyone's on edge. But if that’s the assistant manager’s issue, why would he endanger my husband’s health by spitting at him? I’m at high risk for complications from Covid. I’m really worried that the saliva from that manager at Sav a Lot could bring the virus into our home.

Shopping for groceries here is a blast! It's a bit smaller, kinda like Aldi, and the prices are just fantastic! The food quality is pretty solid too! They carry some name brands along with their own products. Plus, they take coupons and have some great sales going on! I’ll definitely be back to Save-a-lot! Highly recommend it to all!
